Bob and Lam's Traditional Thai Wedding Ceremony

Bob Aumiller and Chisanucha Chawwangkhong (Lam) are the co-owners of SEE Asia Co. Ltd.

Bob was introduced to Thailand, April 1968, while serving in the USAF. After discharge in 1969, Bob returned several years later on vacation holiday from electrical construction and gold mining in Alaska. He returned annually, usually bringing guided tour groups from Alaska for several years, and then moved to Thailand in 2002, when he met Lam. Bob and Lam were married (traditional ceremony) at her family's home in Kamphaeng Phet province, Thailand.

Bob and Lam live in Chiang Mai and travel extensively throughout Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam and southern China. Their knowledgeable, courteous and friendly approach to tour guiding and tour leading ensures a wonderful southeast Asia vacation or holiday.

"We have both traveled for years throughout these areas and we've seen everything that could cause problems on tours. We hire experienced native guides and drivers that we know from the areas we are traveling in. We travel to and through areas before we bring tour groups, so we know where to stay, what restaurants are safe to eat at, what's available to do, where to go in an emergency, where and how to travel safely, etc. We have done it before we bring customers there."
