Due to frequent exchange rate and airfare price changes, all guided tour quoted prices are subject to change. Quoted pricing excludes taxes. Final pricing is verified when the down payment is due.

The minimum tour down payment is $1,000 USD and is not refundable. Final payment that includes taxes must be received 30 days prior to arrival.

At this time we can only accept payment by wire transfer, directly from your account to our bank in Thailand. Please Contact Us for details. We are working with a Thai bank and should be able to accept Visa card payments soon.

A current passport with a minimum of 6 months remaining on the passport term is required to make travel reservations. 30 day Thai visas are available upon arrival. Most other countries require visa approval prior to arrival on your vacation holiday.

Travel insurance can be purchased when reservations are made. Travel insurance is available in the USA for flight segments, and for guided tour segments after arriving in Thailand.

Like any country, there are areas in Thailand and other countries toured by SEE Asia Co. Ltd. that should be avoided. We don't offer guided tours to these areas and do our best to guide you away from these areas.

SEE Asia Co. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel tours and refund payment if unavoidable circumstances require this decision.
